Tottenham star Harry Kane is expected to return against Real Madrid
England captain Kane has trained for the last two days, and Spurs will make a final check on his fitness today before the Champions League clash with the European champions, but manager Mauricio Pochettino is confident his top scorer will be ready.
Kane has missed the last two games after limping off with the injury during the 4-1 win over Liverpool.
Pochettino said: “We are very confident. We have one day more to assess Harry, but it can be possible for him to play.
“I don’t want to say 100 per cent, because we have one day more. But yesterday and Monday he was good in training. He is training with the squad, at the same level as them, and we just need to know how he feels today.”
Kane, who played in the 1-1 draw Spurs achieved with a superb performance in Madrid three weeks ago, has scored 13 goals for the club this season.
