That is according to Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas.
Chelsea are in Italy for a crucial clash with Roma in the Champions League group stages.
When the two sides met earlier this month, Chelsea were pegged back from 2-0 and had to recover from 3-2 down to earn a 3-3 draw.
But the Premier League champions go into tonight’s clash on the back of a 1-0 win over Bournemouth thanks to an Eden Hazard strike.
However, Nicholas is unconvinced by the Blues and reckons Conte is dealing with some problems.

Alvaro Morata recently returned from injury
He wrote: “I thought Chelsea were a bit fortunate to get a draw in the reverse fixture and I do feel there is some awkwardness in this Chelsea team at the moment.
“The defence is the real concern and Antonio Conte is not happy with them, while I don't know what has happened to Alvaro Morata.
“He doesn't look fit and I don't know whether he's concerned his hamstring won't let him sprint.
“Chelsea did get a great result at Atletico Madrid and are a better counter-attacking side than at dominating games, so I can't split them again.
“I predict 1-1 and Willian to score first.”
