Anthony Rapp has accused Spacey of climbing on top of him and “trying to seduce” him when he was 14 and the House of Cards actor was 26.
“He picked me up like a groom picks up the bride over the threshold,” he told Buzzed in an article titled Kevin Spacey made a sexual advance toward me when I was 14.
“But I don't, like, squirm away initially, because I'm like, 'What's going on?' And then he lays down on top of me,” he added.
“I was aware that he was trying to get with me sexually.”

Kevin Spacey’s Emmy award revoked after sexual harassment claims
Rapp said that Spacey was drunk and “swaying” at the time of the alleged incident.
The double Oscar-winner claims that he “honestly does not remember the encounter”.
“But if I did behave then as he describes, I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behaviour," he said in a statement.
Spacey also came out as gay in the statement, a move critics have called an attempt to “deflect” from the scandal.
Kevin Spacey has been accused of making a 'sexual advance' on a minor
Josh Rivers, the newly-appointed editor of Gay Times, said that Spacey had done the LGBTQ+ community “a disservice”.
“Kevin Spacey choosing this moment to declare his sexuality, as if it has anything to do with his alleged behaviour, is highly problematic,” he said.
“This conflation is precisely the type of manipulation to which our community has become acutely attuned, and we won't stand for it.”
Netflix announced that Spacey’s hit show House of Cards has been cancelled a day after the allegations came to light.

The decision to end the series was made months ago, Netflix confirmed to the Guardian Australia, and is not a response to the current allegations.
However Netflix has said it is “deeply troubled by the news concerning Kevin Spacey”.
In a joint statement with producer Media Rights Capital, the streaming service added: "In response to last night's revelations, executives from both of our companies arrived in Baltimore this afternoon to meet with our cast and crew to ensure that they continue to feel safe and supported.
“As previously scheduled, Kevin Spacey is not working on set at this time.”
Anthony Rapp said he was 14 when Spacey mounted him
House of Cards creator and former showrunner Beau Willimon called Rapp’s story “deeply troubling”.
He wrote on Twitter: “During the time I worked with Kevin Spacey on House of Cards, I neither witnessed nor was aware of any inappropriate behaviour on set or off.”
“That said, I take reports of such behaviour seriously and this is no exception. I feel for Mr. Rapp and I support his courage.”
Spacey's Netflix series House of Cards has been cancelled
Comedian Rosie O’Donnell compared Spacey to Harvey Weinstein, who has been accused of sexual assault by dozens of women, and suggested that there could be more allegations to come. Weinstein has denied all claims of rape and assault.
O’Donnell wrote: “You don’t remember the incident – 30 years ago? – f*** u Kevin – like Harvey we all knew about you – I hope more men come forward.”
Spacey was due to receive an Emmy founders award in November, but the International TV Academy has now revoked this.
“The International Academy has announced today that in light of recent events it will not honour Kevin Spacey with the 2017 International Emmy Founders Award,” a statement read.
